For members of the LGBTQIA + community, gender pronouns can be a life affirmation – Houston Public Media
Today is National Coming Out Day which encourages civic awareness by recognizing and supporting members of the LGBTQIA + community.
It is also a day for many to share a better understanding of who they are and how they would like to be known and seen.

Today we take a moment to better understand gender identity and non-binary terms.
