Legends Host Volunteers of America Texas Night, presented by ZENO

The Texas Legends are 6-2 ahead of their next stay at home, which kicks off Thursday against the Austin Spurs (3-5). Beyond the game, the night will be a special celebration of the Volunteers of America Texas, presented by Zeno Imaging, with custom jerseys representing both organizations.

Volunteers of America Texas is a faith-based service organization dedicated to providing compassionate programs that help people rebuild their lives. Founded in 1917, the organization serves more than 24,000 people in more than 30 communities across the state through hundreds of programs, including housing and health care. Thursday’s game will be a celebration of those who give of their time, energy and resources to improve our community.

This is the first time the state’s two rivals have met this season. Austin is led by Spurs Two-Way Devontae Cacok with an average of 19.8 points, 10.4 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game. It will be the last homestand of 2021 as the Legends hit the road for games against the Rio Grande Valley Vipers and then enter the Winter Showcase.

All fans attending Thursday’s game will also receive a raffle ticket at the entrance. One lucky winner will receive four Bottom Bowl tickets for January 5th.e Dallas Mavericks game to celebrate Dirk Nowitzki’s jersey retirement.
